My clients wanted the family room to be casual enough so that it was comfortable for everyday use but tastefully decorated in order to maintain the elegance through out the house. The color palette within the room consisted primarily of browns. In order to soften the hard lines within the room, we chose furnishings that were curvilinear and smooth. The result was a room that gave the clients a place to relax and entertain in comfort and elegance.
