It was essential to carry on the lush color theme from the living room into the dining room. My clients wanted to maintain an existing dining set that had endured a lot of wear. Therefore it was necessary to cover the surface of the dining table and reupholster the dining chairs. After searching for fabrics and testing samples against the table, the clients and I decided to use deep red and gold tones with a neutral ivory base.

A professional upholsterer was called in to refinish the dining chairs and construct the table runners and place mats. I was able to find a set of three small pots of varying sizes to serve as a centerpiece. The pots were filled with potpourri to present a pleasant fragrance into the atmosphere.
