drawn in cyan indicate demolition walls
- All
interior walls are 1/2" drywall on steel stud framing
- We
tried to maintain as many of the existing walls in order to keep costs
down.
- The
large area in the left portion of the plan was designated as the work
area for the employees and didn't require too much structural alteration.
The focus in these areas was mechanical and electrical alterations.
- The
area in the right portion of the plan was designated as the reception
and client area. This area is typically where most of the company's
clientele would circulate. As a result, the majority of the demolition
and construction took place in this area in order to accommodate a
large boardroom and administration staff offices.
