This design was for a 600 square foot one bedroom apartment that I rented while attending university. The small size of this apartment is typical for that of an apartment situated in downtown Vancouver, BC.

As a result of the lack of space to work with, special consideration needed to be made for the type and placement of furnishings. Plenty of hidden storage, a futon, as well as foldable chairs all aided in maximizing the available space.
