design a multi level living space, a "sub-architecture" within a given
architectural volume.

Requirements: |

- The
client requires a "concept" space that re-evaluates the living/work
environment. The client's interest is to have a unit that is based on
not only physical, economical, and market strategy requirements but
also upon the designer's unique ability to explore issues beyond the
conventional. Even though the client's see themselves aging gracefully
in this new 'home', they wish the design to be marketable, should they
decide to sell the unit in the future.
