The bathroom in this apartment was rather white and sterile in feeling to begin with. The black and white marble tile flooring created a sharp contrast. To soften the contrast and induce some warmth into the space, color needed to be incorporated. Red, black and white guest towels were used as well as black bath mats and a black toilet seat cover. Three muted gray bottles of incrementing size were placed along ledge and a clear glass toiletry set was added (lotion dispenser, soap dish, toothbrush holder.)
